Finding the Right Prenatal Yoga Class for you
It is important to research the prenatal class you wish to attend. Find out if the teacher is suitably qualified and experienced in teaching prenatal yoga. Ask if breathing and relaxation techniques are included. If you have any specific concerns, for example, backache or pelvic pain, ask if the teacher has experience dealing with these. Try to attend a class that is near to your work or home. If you have to travel a long way to class, this may make take away from the overall experience. If you have any concerns, it is always useful to contact the relevant teacher.
