Find a Class

Finding the right prenatal class for you

It is important to research the prenatal class you wish to attend.  For example, is the teacher qualified and experienced in prenatal yoga?  How many people are in the class? (the larger the class size, the more difficult it is for the teacher to ensure safety and personal attention).  How strenuous is the class?  Are breathing and relaxation techniques included?  Can the teacher accomodate certain pregnancy-related conditions which may an issue for you, ie back ache, Pelvic Joint disorder, tiredness, nausea?  If you have any of these concerns, it is always useful to contact the relevant teacher.
