Classes are taught by Paula Flood.  To book a class or course, please email paulaflood@gmail.com, text or call 087-2071530.  Class numbers are small, 6-10 people, depending on the class.  Regular attendance will be of more benefit to you during your pregnancy - think of it as training for labour and beyond!     

Payment: cash or cheques (made payable to 'Yoga Supreme') are accepted.  We cannot accept credit or laser cards.   

Before class:  as with any form of exercise, avoid eating a heavy meal before coming to class.  A light snack one or 2 hours before would be fine.  Bring water or drink before and after class.  Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, eg track pants and T-shirt.  We usually practice yoga in bare feet but socks may be worn if necessary.
